I cannot believe we only have 3 more months together!
Our theme is Jesus Brings New Life.
Our Bible verse – I am the way, the truth, and the life and no one gets to the Father except through me. John 14:6
Our units are Dr. Seuss, St. Patrick’s Day, and Nursery Rhymes.
Handwriting– We are still working on writing our last names. Our letters this month are O, Q, and G.
Reading– We are excited about Dr. Seuss week and celebrating reading with our book reports. We will be reading some Dr. Seuss books, The Night Before St. Patrick’s Day, some nursery rhymes, and a book on textures and one on magnets.
Math– We continue to work on writing numbers, counting, addition /subtraction, graphing, and coins. We will also continue counting by fives and tens.
Social Studies– We will talk about words pertaining to maps.
Science– We will discuss different textures and take turns feeling different textures. We will also do some activities with rocks. We will also discuss magnets and see what kinds of objects are attracted to magnets.
