February is about over! So hard to believe how fast the months are flying by…..

As always, we were very busy with all of our letters, numbers, colors, shapes and numbers. We have really been working on “sitting still” during circle time, playing with our friends and saying our prayers! During centers, we have played with different types of magnets, and other fun fine motor toys. The kids had a blast during Presidents week and learned about Abe Lincoln, George Washington and the American flag (hope you enjoyed their crafts)!

We had a great time when Kid’s Teeth came to visit, teach us about our teeth and how to take care of them. The puppet show was the children’s favorite part besides the goodies they got to take home. A BIG THANKS TO KIDS TEETH FOR THEIR TIME!

We ended the month with a mini unit on the Rainforest and talked about different animals that live there. We made snakes today which they all loved (yet another fine motor skill…threading beads onto a pipe cleaner)! :0)

And finally, the weather was so fabulous that we had a lot of time to be out on the playground and to be Jesus to our friends. We are blessed to have your children!

Much Love,

Kim
