We kept busy our first week back after Christmas Break. We welcomed in 2019 with a fireworks craft. Our color of the month is blue so we did some sorting and we took blue play dough and made some snowflakes. We had some fun with our hot chocolate sensory bin and winter animal sensory bin. P was our letter of the week, so we made polar bear and polka dot crafts. Also, we had pajama day complete with “hot chocolate” and cookies. At story time we read Pickle Things and The Pigs’ Picnic. At circle time we talked about the things to wear in winter to keep warm when it is cold outside.
