Caitlin has lived in Mount Pleasant her whole life. She was homeschooled with a lot of opportunities to work with children. In upper elementary school she began teaching karate with her mom at Lighthouse Christian Learning Center and at the Coastal Karate (our family-owned karate school). She has since become a 4th degree black belt and continues to train and teach martial arts. She also taught dance at the ballet studio she attended from middle school through her first year of college. She enjoys working with preschoolers at the church she attends (Lighthouse Church) and volunteering at Waters Edge Great Dane Rescue. She has a passion and a heart for working with young children and teaching them about Jesus. Caitlin is extremely excited about starting her 3rd year as an assistant teacher at LCLC. A big year ahead for Caitlin, as she is engaged to be married to Will, her fiance and long-time love.
